1. Description of service

Atton Finance LLC ("Atton Finance", "we", "the platform") operates a technology connection platform (lead marketplace) that connects members of the Latino and LGBT communities in the United States with independent licensed professionals who offer financial and related services.

Our services include:

• General financial needs assessment for users.
• Generation of a personalized financial Master Plan through artificial intelligence (Sandra AI), educational and informational in nature.
• Matching and connection with independent licensed professionals based on identified needs.
• Internal credits system (Attoms) for gamification within the platform.
• Educational content on financial topics.

2. Definitions

• Platform: Matching and connection technology between clients and independent professionals operated by Atton Finance LLC, accessible at attonfinance.com.
• Associate: Independent licensed professional (insurance agent, real estate agent, tax preparer, financial planner, immigration attorney, etc.) who pays a subscription to access qualified leads through the platform.
• Client: User who uses the platform to evaluate their needs and seek connection with qualified professionals.
• User: Any person who accesses or uses the platform, whether Client, Associate, or visitor.
• Attoms: Internal system credits with no monetary value outside the platform, used to access benefits within it.
• Master Plan: Personalized financial guide generated through artificial intelligence that connects client needs with available service verticals. It is educational in nature and does not constitute financial advice.
• Sandra: The platform's artificial intelligence assistant.

3. Eligibility

To use the platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a resident of the United States.
• Have legal capacity to accept these terms.
• Provide truthful and up-to-date information during registration.

Associates must additionally maintain all required professional licenses valid in their jurisdiction of operation.

4. Accounts and user responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You may not share your account with third parties.
• All activity conducted from your account is your responsibility.
• You must provide truthful information and keep it up to date.
• You may not use the platform for illegal, fraudulent activities, or activities that violate the rights of others.

6. Artificial intelligence and financial disclaimer

• Information provided by the platform, including the Master Plan, is general educational in nature.
• No content on the platform constitutes personalized financial, legal, tax, or insurance advice.
• Atton Finance is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated information.
• Financial results vary according to each individual situation.
• Past rates of return do not guarantee future results.

7. Attoms (internal credits)

• Attoms are internal platform credits with no monetary value outside of it.
• Not convertible to real money, cryptocurrency, or any other instrument of value.
• Not transferable between users.
• Cannot be sold, exchanged, or traded outside the platform.
• Earned through actions within the platform (completing profile, referrals, participation).
• Used to access benefits within the platform.
• Atton Finance reserves the right to modify the Attoms program rules with 30 days prior notice.
• In the event of account closure, accumulated Attoms are forfeited without right to compensation.
• Atton Finance reserves the right to revoke Attoms obtained fraudulently.

8. Subscriptions and payments

• All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled beforehand.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period.
• Promotional codes are single-use, valid only for the first transaction, and are forfeited upon subscription cancellation.
• Refunds are evaluated on an individual basis and are subject to the discretion of Atton Finance.
• Atton Finance reserves the right to modify prices with 30 days prior notice.
• In the event of payment failure, the subscription may be suspended or canceled according to our collection policy.

9. Prohibited conduct

By using the platform, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Attempt to access accounts or data of other users.
• Interfere with the operation of the platform or its security systems.
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools without authorization.
• Resell or redistribute access to the platform.
• Fraudulently manipulate the Attoms system.

Atton Finance reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice and without right to a refund.

10. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos, design, software, and technology of the platform are the exclusive property of Atton Finance LLC or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited. Use of the platform does not grant you any license to our intellectual property beyond the personal use contemplated in these terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atton Finance LLC, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of the rights of third parties.

13. Dispute resolution

• Informal negotiation: Before initiating any legal proceedings, the parties will attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith through direct negotiation for a period of 30 days.
• Mediation: If negotiation does not resolve the dispute, the parties may resort to mediation in the State of Florida, with costs shared equally.
• Jurisdiction: Any controversy that cannot be resolved through the above means shall be submitted to the competent courts located in the State of Florida.

14. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Atton Finance LLC is an entity registered in the State of Florida.

15. Termination

• You may close your account at any time from your profile settings.
• Atton Finance may suspend or cancel your account if you violate these terms, with or without prior notice.
• Upon account closure, accumulated Attoms are forfeited and active subscriptions are canceled at the end of the current period.
• The sections on limitation of liability, indemnification, intellectual property, and governing law survive the termination of these terms.

16. Modifications to terms

Atton Finance reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through a prominent notice on the platform with at least 30 days advance notice. Your continued use of the platform after notification constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

17. General provisions

• Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Entire agreement: These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Atton Finance regarding the use of the platform.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these terms without our prior written consent.
• Waiver: The failure of Atton Finance to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
