SMS Consent

Atton Finance LLC ("Atton Finance", "we", "us") requests your express consent to send text messages (SMS/MMS) to the phone number you provide during registration or in your user profile.

By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our registration form, you agree to receive text messages from Atton Finance according to the terms described below. You can adjust which message categories you want to receive at any time from your SMS preferences page.

1. Message types (4 categories)

We group our messages into four independent categories. You control which to enable or disable separately:

2. Total frequency

Up to 30 messages per month total with all categories enabled. If you only receive transactional and reminders (the default configuration), typical volume is 4 to 14 messages per month. Actual frequency depends on your platform activity; we will never send unnecessary messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Atton Finance does not charge for sending text messages, but your mobile carrier may apply standard messaging and data rates according to your plan. Please consult your carrier for information about applicable costs.

4. How to manage your preferences

You have two ways to control which messages you receive:

From the web (recommended)

Enable or disable each category independently from your SMS preferences panel. Access is via a secure link sent to your email (no account creation required for this initial version).

By SMS (keywords)

  • STOP / PARAR: cancels all messages immediately.
  • LESS / MENOS: turns off Community and Promotions (keeps Transactional and Reminders).
  • MORE / MAS: enables all categories (maximum volume).
  • HELP / AYUDA: receive support information.
  • START / COMENZAR: re-enables messages after a STOP.

Keywords work in upper or lower case. Auto-replies are immediate.

5. How to opt out

To stop receiving text messages:

  • Reply STOP or PARAR to any message you receive.
  • Or disable all categories from your preferences panel.

After sending STOP/PARAR, you will receive a confirmation message. You will not receive any more text messages unless you opt in again. Security verification messages may still be sent if you initiate the action (for example, requesting an access code).

8. Privacy and data protection

Your phone number and consent records are stored securely with AES-256 encryption and retained for a minimum of 4 years as required by Florida TCPA/FTSA law. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
