1. Fulfillment model

Atton Finance LLC sells technology hardware as merchant of record and fulfills orders via dropship through Ingram Micro Inc., an authorized distributor. This means products ship directly from Ingram Micro distribution centers to the address you provide, without passing through an intermediate warehouse.

We maintain the customer relationship end to end: any question about your order is handled directly with our team at support@attonfinance.com.

2. Geographic coverage

  • We ship to the 48 contiguous United States.
  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, etc.), and APO/FPO addresses may have limited availability, extended timeframes, and additional costs; please confirm before purchase by emailing support.
  • We do not currently ship internationally outside the United States.
  • We do not ship hardware products to P.O. Boxes; a physical address is required.

3. Processing and delivery times

  • Processing: confirmed orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days within the 48 contiguous states once the order has shipped.
  • Timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Holidays, demand peaks, and carrier conditions may affect delivery.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping cost, where applicable, is calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm payment, based on the product and destination. Some promotions may include free shipping; in such cases this will be stated explicitly on the product page.

5. Order tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number with the assigned carrier (for example UPS, FedEx, or USPS, as applicable). If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of confirmation, email us at support@attonfinance.com.

6. Backorders and availability

Inventory availability depends on Ingram Micro stock at the time of fulfillment. If a product goes on backorder (temporarily out of stock) after your purchase:

  • We will notify you by email with the estimated restock date.
  • You may choose to wait for the restock or request a full refund of the backordered item.
  • If the product is discontinued, we will automatically process a full refund of the affected item.

7. Damage, errors, and lost packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery, with photographs of the product and packaging.
  • For packages marked delivered but not received, we will open an investigation with the carrier. Please check with neighbors and the delivery area before reporting.
  • Shipping costs in cases of our error or a defective product are covered by Atton Finance.
