1. Description of service

Atton Finance LLC ("Atton Finance", "we", "the platform") operates a financial education platform for members of the Latino and LGBT communities in the United States: it offers educational content, helps each person build a financial plan, and, when the person asks, connects them with an independent licensed professional.

Our services include:

• Educational content on financial topics.
• Generation of a personalized financial Master Plan through artificial intelligence (Attoncito), educational and informational in nature.
• Connection, at your request, with an independent licensed professional based on the needs you indicate.
• Links to products and services from partner companies, identified as affiliate links (see section 7).

2. Definitions

• Platform: The attonfinance.com site and its services, operated by Atton Finance LLC.
• Atton ID: The single account for Atton's brands, managed by Atton Group LLC, that you use to sign in to the platform (email and password).
• Associate: Independent licensed professional (for example, an insurance agent) with whom the platform may connect you at your request.
• Client: User who uses the platform to evaluate their needs and seek connection with qualified professionals.
• User: Any person who accesses or uses the platform, whether Client, Associate, or visitor.
• Master Plan: Personalized financial guide generated through artificial intelligence based on what you indicate. It is educational in nature and does not constitute financial advice.
• Attoncito: The platform's artificial intelligence assistant.

3. Eligibility

To use the platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a resident of the United States.
• Have legal capacity to accept these terms.
• Provide truthful and up-to-date information during registration.

Associates must additionally maintain all required professional licenses valid in their jurisdiction of operation.

4. Accounts and user responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You may not share your account with third parties.
• All activity conducted from your account is your responsibility.
• You must provide truthful information and keep it up to date.
• You may not use the platform for illegal, fraudulent activities, or activities that violate the rights of others.

• Information provided by the platform, including the Master Plan, is general educational in nature.
• No content on the platform constitutes personalized financial, legal, tax, or insurance advice.
• Atton Finance is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated information.
• Financial results vary according to each individual situation.
• Past rates of return do not guarantee future results.

7. Cost of the platform and affiliate links

• Using the platform costs you nothing. Atton Finance does not charge subscriptions, fees, or charges for the content, the Master Plan, or the connection with an Associate.
• Some pages include links to products or services from partner companies. When you purchase something through one of those links, Atton Finance may receive a commission from the partner company, at no additional cost to you. Each of those links is identified as an affiliate link next to the link.
• Atton Finance never receives commissions from the sale of insurance or from products sold by a licensed Associate.
• Receiving a commission does not mean we recommend a product for your situation. Review each company's terms before purchasing; investment, cryptocurrency, or precious metals products can result in loss of money.

8. Your account (Atton ID)

• Signing in to the platform uses Atton ID, the single account for Atton's brands, managed by Atton Group LLC.
• The first time you sign in, Atton ID asks your permission to share your name and email with Atton Finance. Without that permission, you cannot use the account features.
• Signing out of Atton Finance also ends your Atton ID session in that browser.

9. Prohibited conduct

By using the platform, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Attempt to access accounts or data of other users.
• Interfere with the operation of the platform or its security systems.
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools without authorization.
• Resell or redistribute access to the platform.

Atton Finance reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.

10. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos, design, software, and technology of the platform are the exclusive property of Atton Finance LLC or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited. Use of the platform does not grant you any license to our intellectual property beyond the personal use contemplated in these terms.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atton Finance LLC, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of the rights of third parties.

13. Dispute resolution

• Informal negotiation: Before initiating any legal proceedings, the parties will attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith through direct negotiation for a period of 30 days.
• Mediation: If negotiation does not resolve the dispute, the parties may resort to mediation in the State of Florida, with costs shared equally.
• Jurisdiction: Any controversy that cannot be resolved through the above means shall be submitted to the competent courts located in the State of Florida.

14. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Atton Finance LLC is an entity registered in the State of Florida.

15. Termination

• You may request closure of your account and deletion of your data from Atton Finance at any time by writing to [email protected].
• Atton Finance may suspend or cancel your account if you violate these terms, with or without prior notice.
• The sections on limitation of liability, indemnification, intellectual property, and governing law survive the termination of these terms.

16. Modifications to terms

Atton Finance reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through a prominent notice on the platform with at least 30 days advance notice. Your continued use of the platform after notification constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

17. General provisions

• Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Entire agreement: These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Atton Finance regarding the use of the platform.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these terms without our prior written consent.
• Waiver: The failure of Atton Finance to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
