This policy is an operational draft and does not constitute legal advice. Canonical amounts and timeframes may be adjusted after legal review. In case of conflict, the 14-day return window stated at the time of purchase prevails.
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through attonfinance.com and associated channels. It covers three categories:
- (a) Technology hardware (Apple equipment, computers, consumer electronics) resold by Atton Finance LLC as merchant of record via dropship through Ingram Micro Inc.
- (b) Digital products and educational content (digital publications, downloads, online courses, access to educational platforms).
- (c) Recurring software subscriptions (when launched; refer to your plan for specific terms).
Not covered by this policy: Atton Finance LLC does not directly sell insurance policies, securities, regulated financial advisory services, or precious metals. When a customer acquires such products through independently licensed associates referenced on our platform, refund terms are defined by that associate or the custodian institution, not by Atton Finance LLC.
2. Technology hardware (category a)
2.1 Return window
- 14 days from the confirmed delivery date.
- Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, and the box sealed intact (or minimally opened if required for verification).
- Opened products are subject to individual evaluation and a possible restocking fee.
2.2 Restocking fee
- Opened products in resaleable condition: up to 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund.
- Products damaged by the customer or with significant use: non-refundable.
2.3 Shipping costs
The customer covers return shipping unless the product arrived defective or incorrect — in those cases Atton covers shipping.
2.4 Factory-defective products
Covered under manufacturer warranty (Apple, etc.). Atton facilitates the process but does not replace directly. Email support@attonfinance.com for assistance.
2.5 Refund processing
Once we receive and verify the returned product, the refund is processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal, whichever was used at checkout).
3. Digital products and educational content (category b)
3.1 Satisfaction policy
14 days from purchase to request a refund, provided the customer has consumed less than 25% of the content (measured by pages read, modules completed, or consumption time, as applicable).
3.2 Non-refundable items
- Fully downloaded digital products (e.g., ebooks downloaded in full).
- Access to live events already held.
- Memberships after the first billing cycle (see section 4).
3.3 Processing
3-5 business days to the original payment method.
4. Recurring subscriptions (category c)
- Cancellable at any time from your account or by writing to support@attonfinance.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the already-paid period.
- Partial periods are not refunded pro-rata.
- During the first 7 days from the first charge, we offer a full refund if cancellation is requested. Applies to the first cycle only.
5. How to request a refund
- Email support@attonfinance.com including your full name, order number or payment reference (Stripe or PayPal), product purchased, reason, and photographs (for defective or damaged hardware).
- You will receive a reply within 2 business days with next-step instructions.
- If a physical return applies, we will provide the return address and, when relevant, a prepaid shipping label.
6. Chargebacks
Before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer, please contact support@attonfinance.com first. We resolve most situations directly within 5 business days, avoiding additional fees and delays.
Initiating a chargeback without prior contact may result in loss of access to active services and account suspension during the dispute.
7. Exceptions
- Products explicitly marked "Final sale / Non-refundable" on the purchase page.
- One-on-one coaching or consulting services after the first session is delivered.
- Custom or specifically-configured products.
- Customer violations of terms of service (fraudulent use, attempts to resell licensed content, etc.).
8. Changes to this policy
Atton Finance LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Modifications take effect on the publication date and apply to purchases made after that date. Prior purchases are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
